We are Verger Naturals (Pvt) Ltd and recognized as a business entity approved by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka in 2017. The company is specialized as a reliable producer of pure and natural essential oils focused on showcasing the natural resources of Sri Lanka in the global flavors and fragrances market bringing a huge amount of foreign currency to Sri Lanka.

Currently we do have opening for Management Trainee program in our company.

Selected Candidate may.

• Will undergo training on every area of Sourcing.
• Trained by specialist in both technical & soft skills.
• Take part lead strategic initiative.
• Enhancing the leadership skills.

Qualification.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Agriculture from a recognized university.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
• Ability to comprehend complex written material.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Detail orientation and strong self-motivation.
• Traveling to project locations when required.
• Passionate in sustainable agriculture and advanced farming solutions.
• High level Integrity.
