I am a self-motivated, and enthusiastic graduate student of Agricultural Sciences and Management, specializing in Crop Improvement and Plant Protection from the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. I am a hard-working and industrious individual, who has been continuously working on developing a responsible approach to any assigned task.

I’ve gained knowledge in the fields of Plant Cell and Tissue Engineering, Plant Breeding, Molecular Genetics, Seed Production Technology, Controlled Environment Agriculture, Designing of Irrigation Systems in Commercial Agriculture, Insect Pest of Crop Protection, Agrochemicals in Crop Protection, Virology, Plant Pathology, Diseases of Crops and Management during my specialization period. Also, I have the capability of research work in the field and laboratory, with experience in statistical analysis. I have published several research works by presenting at international and national conferences.

I am seeking a position in the industry in which I can put into practice my knowledge and experiences, ultimately benefiting the operations of the organization that I work for.
